- Fluent in the majority of therapeutic areas, including, for example: hypertension; dyslipidemia; HIV/AIDS; cognitive disorders; inflammation, analgesia and COX-2 specific inhibition; anti-infectives; oncology; women's health; clotting factors; multiple sclerosis; and diagnostic imaging, to name a few
- Ability to relate to healthcare-related professionals on all levels and develop tools that truly meet their needs, often in a unique way
- Exposure includes a variety of healthcare audiences, including general practice and specialty physicians, nurses, pharmacists, pharmaceutical sales and marketing executives, healthcare administrators, and consumers, in a variety of healthcare settings
- Extensive marketing research and medical communications experience includes a diversity of experience in the therapeutic areas outlined above as well as a recent six-month assignment for a pain management consensus algorithm/guideline development project
- Author of a number of syndicated strategic marketing reports in the areas of women’s healthcare, general oncology, HIV/AIDS, breast cancer, and diagnostic imaging
- Scientific/technical writing experience includes either authorship or co-authorship on over one dozen scientific publications, and several patents
- Copywriting experience includes a variety of high-profile products including Celebrex, Zyrtec, Aricept and Ciprofloxacin with a major NYC advertising agency
- Education encompasses both scientific and business disciplines, with graduate level degrees in both areas, and teaching experience at both graduate and undergraduate level
- High-level of creative and problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
- High-level of technical, and computer-related skills and strong quantitative abilities
- Current workshop leader for AMWA, PMRG member, and co-chair of QRCA of Metro NY
