Regarding Lawrence D. TobiasI have known Larry, as his friends call him, for over seven years. During that time I have interacted with him both as a friend, and as a colleague. My first experience with Larry involved hiring him as a freelance-interviewer for peer-promotion teleconferences. Along with other moderators, Larry played a very significant role in adding to the success of the various projects to which he was assigned.
